The Coaching team are all current or ex Puma players who are tasked to make sure our current playing members are as best they can be to take to the field and offer a competative performance no matter who the opposition.
Jon 'JP' Lynch

Jon ‘JP’ Lynch is the new Head Coach of for the upcoming season. With a deep-rooted passion for the game and a wealth of experience both on and off the field, JP brings a fresh, disciplined, and dynamic approach to the team.
As Head Coach, JP is excited to be part of the of the clubs revival and part of the Puma family, he looks forward to building a successful future both on and off the pitch.
Paul Taylor
Assistant Head Coach

Paul Taylor has been recruited by Head Coach JP, and takes up the role as Assistant Head Coach for the senior squad this upcoming season. With a strong background in the game and a clear passion for developing players, Paul brings both experience and enthusiasm to the coaching team.
Paul's transition into coaching has been marked by success at the Colts level, where he has spent recent seasons helping to nurture young talent and prepare players for the step up into senior rugby. He now looks forward to challenges this season, and coaching on the other side fence with the senior side.
Lee Ridoutt

Well known to all and completing the coaching team is Lee Ridoutt. Lee has been a player and involved with Locks Heath Pumas for many years and this year he supports both JP and Paul as an assistant coach/player. Lee will lead S&C and fitness for the upcoming season and ensure the squad are in the best place possible for their resurrection.
