Pumas 100 Club

The Pumas are going to launch a new prize draw - 100 CLUB

100 ticket holders will have a chance to win cash prizes every month, with all monies remaining going to support the Pumas for equipment.

We are going to trial the 100-club for an initial 6 months bringing us in line with the start of the new season in September
 2023.

  • All draws will be conducted by non-Puma members every month at the Clubhouse on dates shown.

  • All winners will be notified and cash prizes paid to nominated bank accounts within 48 hours.

100 Club Rules

Purpose

The purpose of the 100 club is to raise funds. The money will be paid into the main Pumas account and used to meet funding requests from the Club, providing equipment, resources and opportunities for our members across the seniors and Puma Cubs.

Rules

  1. For a cost of £10 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated one ticket
    number between 1 and 100.

  2. The draw will last for an initial 6 months (March - August)

  3. Participants MUST pay in advance for the full 6 month draw.
    This equals to £60 payable to the Pumas Rugby Football Club

    (Account details disclosed once your request has been acknowledged)

  4. All 100 tickets must be sold before a draw can take place.
    If all numbers are not sold those in the 100 club will receive a full refund.

  5. A draw will be made every month with a 8 prizes.
    £100, £75, £50, £10 x 5 draws

  6. The prizes will total 46% of the monthly income.

  7. The 100 club is a private lottery and is open to all members of the club,
    Puma Cub parents, friends and general public.
    Anyone aged 16 or over can join.

  8. Payments must be made to the Pumas via bank transfer or card payment.
    Once paid the ticket holder is committed until the end of the 6 draws.

  9. The draw shall be made by a member of the public (not entered into the draw) found in the Clubhouse

  10. The winners will be contacted the next day via email or mobile and their bank details will be requested.

  11. Payment to the winners will be made within 48 hours of draw taking place. 

  12. The name and numbers for each month’s winners will be posted on the Pumas website and in the Clubhouse

  13. The 100 club will be run by the Commercial Secretary George Winch.
    In case of any dispute, the decision of the Pumas Committee is final.

  14. If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into the Club funds after six months
